Brands ask us the same question before they upload anything: is my product information safe? Here is the honest answer, without legal language. The formal version is in our privacy policy.
To run a consultation we need the product's name, description, price and link — the same information already on your website.
You never upload formulations, supplier details, unit costs or margins. Atlas Prism does not ask for them and cannot use them. If you paste a product page, we read what your customers can already read.
This is architecture, not policy. When a consultation runs, the engine is given only your catalogue. Another brand's products are not filtered out — they are simply never present. It is structurally impossible for your products to appear in someone else's consultation, or theirs in yours.
Consultations run through Anthropic's API, which does not use content submitted through it to train their models. Your catalogue is not added to any dataset, ours or anyone else's.
You can delete products, or your whole account, at any time. Deleted data is removed from live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days.
We are not going to claim nobody here can ever see your configuration — that would not be true, and you should be sceptical of anyone who says it. Here is the accurate position:
Consultations do not ask consumers for their name, email or address. What they describe about their skin is used to build their routine in that session, and is not used to profile them or follow them around the internet. Photos are optional, used only for that consultation, and not retained.
Email privacy@atlasprism.app and you will get a straight answer from a person.
