This is how the consultation will look and sound to your customers. They'll see your brand, never ours.
The name your customers see at the top of the consultation.

Atlas will only ever recommend products from this list. Nothing else — no other brand, no invented products.
Add skincare only. Atlas reasons about topical products — cleansers, serums,
moisturisers, sunscreens, treatments. Leave out devices, tools, supplements and accessories.
It is better to omit them than to have the consultation reason about something it was not
built for.

If you're on Shopify or WooCommerce, we can read your entire product list in one go — including the IDs that make Add to cart work. Everything imports as a draft for you to review.
One product per line: name, category, price, description. Paste straight from a spreadsheet — a header row, any column order, commas, semicolons or tabs all work.
Shopify: importing your catalogue lets the whole routine go into the basket in one tap. WooCommerce: each product goes into the basket on its own. Wix, Squarespace and custom sites publish no way to add to a basket from a link, so each product opens its own page — your own Add to cart takes over from there.
A CSV or spreadsheet export — a price list, line sheet or catalogue. A header row is ideal (name, category, price, description in any order); without one we read the columns in that order. Commas inside descriptions are fine if the file is quoted, which every spreadsheet does automatically.

We'll tell you what we couldn't read and why. Products without a price are left out, since a product shown at 0.00 makes the basket wrong. A product link is optional — only the cart button needs one.
Paste a product page link and we'll fill in what we can find. You can edit everything afterwards.
Only if you stock several labels. Leave blank if everything is your own.

Never recommended in a consultation. For genuine in-clinic treatments — not for products that merely sound clinical.
One or two sentences. This is what Atlas reasons over, so be specific about the key ingredients and who it suits.
Make these consultation-ready
Imported descriptions are marketing copy. Atlas can rewrite them into the plain,
factual form the consultation reasons best over — you approve everything.
Review rewritten descriptions
Scan them, edit anything that looks wrong, then approve.
How should it sound?
Atlas always applies the same clinical reasoning. This changes how it speaks — the personality your customers experience.
Write it as you'd brief a new staff member. Tone and personality only — clinical safety rules always stay in place.

How customers start
A blank text box is the hardest way to begin. These tappable options give people an easy way in — and you can word them however suits your brand.
Keep them short and in your customers' words, not clinical terms.
Tap any of these to add them to your list.
Tip — include an option like "I'm not sure where to start". It's often the most-tapped one, and Atlas is built to guide those customers with simple questions rather than expecting them to diagnose themselves.
